This past week at my externship placement, all three of the hospitality classes were given an assignment to work in groups and create and execute a cake in one week. At the end of the week teachers came in to the class to mark the cakes. The points were added up by class, winning class gets a free lunch, and losing class has to do a scrub down of the kitchen. This is what they came up with:
